- PURPOSE
- These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products by MerryNest (Matteo Ricupero, sole proprietorship / micro-entreprise registered in France, SIREN 130669765) to customers through the website 0mrbwc-hq.myshopify.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms in full.
2. PRODUCTS
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible on the website. Photographs and descriptions are for illustration purposes and do not constitute a contractual commitment as to exact appearance, given natural variations in materials, lighting and screen display.
3. PRICES
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown before payment is confirmed. MerryNest reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, though products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
4. ORDERS
An order is considered final once payment has been confirmed. MerryNest reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a pricing error, unavailability of a product, or reasonable suspicion of fraud.
5. PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers; MerryNest does not store payment card details.
6. DELIVERY
Delivery terms, timeframes and costs are described in the Shipping Policy, available on the website. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. 9. WARRANTY
Products are covered by applicable legal warranties against hidden defects and non-conformity under French and EU law. Any defective or non-conforming product should be reported to matteoricupero49@gmail.com.

MerryNest's liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. MerryNest cannot be held liable for delays or failures caused by third parties, including shipping carriers, or by events beyond its reasonable control.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer's country of residence.
